NZAS AUDIOLOGIST – South Island
Great new South Island opportunity
Due to strong clinic growth, Hearing Technology Ltd is looking for a motivated audiologist to join our team. Privately owned, long established in the South Island the recent acquisition of our Auckland practice prompts the need to invite an additional audiologist to our team based out of Christchurch. If you are currently a practicing audiologist looking for exciting new challenges or a new graduate in the infancy of your career, this is an opportunity to become part of an innovative company who truly values its staff.
We offer a supportive environment ideally suited to both full MNZAS audiologists and/or a new graduate with intentions of working towards their CCC. The position would attract those wishing to pursue an exciting career in private clinical practice mainly specialising in adult rehabilitation and audiological assessment. The successful applicant will be working within a team of professionals comprising Audiologists, Audiometrists, Ear Nurse and Administrative staff. As Hearing Technology Ltd has established working relationships with GP practices, ENT clinics, Noise consultants, and a strong focus on private as well as 3rd party work, a friendly professional attitude and appreciation of being part of a multidisciplinary team is vital.
All applicants should:
Have a recognized Masters degree in Audiology
Either full NZAS membership OR eligibility for provisional membership with intentions of working towards full membership
Enjoy some domestic travel
Value continuing education in a supported environment
Although this position is for 1.0 FTE, cconsideration will also be given to those interested in part-time employment.
